Neutrals: Much Easier Than Whites

photo 1If you saw Iron Man 3, you would have noticed the amazing white power suit Gweneth Paltrow wore in the opening scenes. It was pristine, had intricate little details, fitted her to the T, paired with a simple ponytail and red lips, she embodied class, power, femininity and this aura of mystique that had me wondering who could ever last a day without getting it all dirty.  Me and white clothing have never gotten along. I know because I have one white short that I love but I’ve twice gotten them dirty right after pulling them from the washer. Beige, cream and tan are a lot easier for me to hide dirt stains in. Throw any neutral together and it basically goes. This light palette is perfect for hot summer days as you will absorb less of the sun’s rays.

Note details in the back. The slit pleats hugs the butt and creates an hourglass figure.

Never forget to make the backside look interesting. Studs on the belt add little details and the slit pleat of the skirt hugs the butt adding curves.

Lace easily adds texture.

Feminine look calls for feminine hair. Don't be afraid to stack on jewelry and it doesn't all have to match.
