We’ve seen the baked chips at the store and we’ve even made our own from corn and wheat tortillas. This is my healthy version using my healthy won ton wrapper recipe found in previous blog. Just cut the wrappers into triangles. Line a cookie sheet with foil, spray with pam oil, place the triangles not touching each other, spray the top with a little Pam and season as you like. I did half with black pepper and half plain. Bake at 300 for about 5 minutes then flip and bake another 5. Keep watch and as they turn a little toasty, that’s when you flip them. Depending on your oven they might toast faster so keep an eye on them until you figure out the timing for your oven. These are super crispy and hearty. Better than any chip at the market and I like it better than using tortillas as there are no preservatives and added fat, plus you can press them thinner than store bought tortillas.
